Change of Mind Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind. Please choose carefully when placing your order.

Faulty Products

If you believe the coffee beans you received are faulty, please contact us via the contact form on the contact page.

We will require details about the issue and may ask for a photo of the product to assess the fault.

Once we confirm the issue, we will send out a replacement bag of coffee beans free of charge. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds.
